What this page covers

This notice covers the Jacqueline’s Aesthetics website: what it collects when you browse, request an appointment or send a message, and which outside services receive it. Jacqueline’s Aesthetics is a one-artist studio, so "we" on this page means Jacqueline Rees.

What we collect

• When you request an appointment: your name, mobile number and email, the set or service you picked (lash sets, fills, a lift, or hair by consultation), your preferred day and time, whether you ticked the box agreeing to texts, and any notes you add.
• When you send a message: your name, phone number, email and what you wrote.
• When you use the chat window: what you type, and the name, phone number or email you give so we can reply.
• Automatically: the standard logs our web host keeps for every site, such as your IP address, your browser type and the pages you asked for.

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and no tracking pixels. It stores two things in your browser: the type style you picked, if you picked one, and a small identifier the chat window uses so a conversation carries on from page to page.

How we use it

To confirm and schedule your appointment, to text or call you about it, to answer your message and, only if you agreed to it, to send occasional offers. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else receives it

Only the services needed to run this site and the appointment book:

• Vercel hosts this website.
• Our appointment and messaging system stores appointment requests, messages and chats, runs the chat window and the online calendar that the "Book online" button opens in a new tab, and sends confirmations and reminders.

Text messages

Confirmations and reminders for an appointment you asked for are part of the service, and go to the number you gave us. Offers go only to people who ticked the consent box. Reply STOP to any message to end them, or HELP for help. The details are in our text message terms.

We never share your mobile number or your text consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described on this page.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ibrowbae813@gmail.com or call or text (813) 701-5424. If a record has to be kept for tax or licensing reasons, we'll tell you which part we can't delete.

How long we keep it

Appointment requests and messages are kept only as long as needed to book and follow up on your appointment, and to keep your lash history (the map, the lengths and curls we used) for your next fill. Records we are required to keep are kept for as long as the law requires. Hosting logs are kept for a short operational period.

If this page changes, the date below changes with it.
